Childhood
I was born in the year 2049 BS, 3rd of Jestha in Dillibazar to father Rabin Rijal and mother Padmini Rijal. I am the middle child of my parents along with two siblings; one elder sister and a younger brother. I spent my entire childhood in Kathmandu itself and started my schooling from a kinder garden near our locality. From grade 2 to 4th, I was admitted at Galaxy School and after that I joined Surayadaya Boarding School and right now I am in 9th grade in the same school.
I am a friendly person by nature and get along pretty well with friends and others at school. I used to be a chatterbox when I was a kid and a little mischievous as well. There are lots of memorable moments of my early childhood. One that I remember rather well is when we had gone for a family vacation to Hetauda which really was a blast and I remember the time spent there a lot. And once when I was in grade six I had to perform a song in an event organized at our school. I went up to the stage and was just about to perform when I hit the mike with my nose and it started bleeding. I couldn't sing as scheduled, and I felt like a fool standing on the stage with a bloody nose. Every time I think of that moment I feel bad about it.
Entry Into Music
It won't be wrong to state that I come from a musical family background since my uncle Rajan Rimal and father Robin Rimal are both also involved in the musical field. That is the very reason that my father has been encouraging me a lot to be a successful singer. He thinks I have it in me to really do well in singing. I have been performing on stage right from the time I was six years old and have had numerous opportunities to sing and won many prizes as well. I was a die hard fan of Lata Mangeshkar from my childhood and my father also used to bring me her tapes to listen to. One fine day musician Samrat Thapa offered a song for me and when I was twelve, I recorded my first song "Basanta Ko". The song was recorded at our very own studio Ciney Sounds which is now better known as Genesis. This song was actually recorded for my performance test but fortunately, everyone loved this song. After this the negotiations about making my album was brought up and after two laborious years, I finally have been able to bring my first album "Pari" in the market just recently. The music video of the song "Ma Ramro Bhanda" of the album which is directed by Alok Nembang is being telecasted these days through various channels. The lyrics are by Arun Tiwari and the music was compiled by musician Raju Singh. I have high expectations from this song. The album consists of songs that are mainly of eastern and western pattern. I have been taking classes on classical singing for the past one year under the guidance of Sangeeta Rana. I have also had the opportunity to sing as a playback singer on a couple of Nepali movies like "Saput" and "Mr. Mangalay". My main ambition in life is to became a well known singer and I am also interested in interior designing
Me/ Myself
I have a nature of adjusting myself to any kind of atmosphere and environment and I do that easily. I consider myself as a friendly and easy going person. I normally don’t intend to hurt other people and I like treating everyone equally. As for my bad habits, I talk a bit loud and I am lazy most of the time, which I would like to get rid of and I am somewhat stubborn as well.
Love & Marriage
Though I am too young to think of all these, love, I think is a necessity to all human beings and I think that everyone should experience some sort of love one time or the other. But I don't think love is only an attraction but right now my attention is more on education and I want to do well in it. Likewise, marriage is a requirement of life, even I have to get married someday but I have not thought about it right now.
